Customer Returns

How do I return a product for credit?

At Halloween Party Supplies, keeping our customers happy is our number one concern. Therefore, we try to make returns as easy as possible. To initiate a return, please print and complete our Return Form and enclose it with your package.

 

However, before you return anything, there are a few rules that must be followed.

 

  1. The following items are never returnable:

 

  • Products that have been opened

  • Partial Party Packs

  • Disposable Helium Tanks

  • Custom Orders

  • Custom Print Items

  • All hats, tiaras, costumes, temporary tattoos, or other apparel items that have been opened or worn.

  • Candy and food products

  • Glowsticks and necklace products

 

  1. All returned orders must be returned at the customer’s expense within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.

  3. Please include the following information with any return:

    1. Your original invoice or packing slip

    2. Your email address

    3. A reason for the return

  4. All returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  5. Products accepted for return will be credited via their original form of payment, excluding delivery charges, and possible restocking fee.

  6. You should return your order via a traceable shipping method.

This is for our customers’ benefit. If you fail to properly track an order that you return to us, and that order is somehow lost in transit, we obviously won’t be able to issue a credit.

How long will my return take to process?

Please allow 7-14 days after Halloween Party Supplies receives your return for it to be processed. If you are receiving a credit card refund, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear.

 

What happens if I refuse delivery or tell the driver to “return to sender”?

Under no circumstances should you refuse a delivery or “return to sender” with any of our orders. This creates difficulties and added costs for our shipping and fulfillment departments. Refusing a shipment for any reason will result in a 30% restocking fee.

 

How can I exchange an item?

First, you must return any items that you do not need following the guidelines of our above return policy. Once your items have been returned, we will refund your credit card for your returned merchandise.

 

Second, to speed up the process, don’t wait for returned items to reach us before you reorder. Instead, place a new order on our website immediately for the party items that you need.

 

Note: All returned items must adhere to our return policy to receive credit. No shipping charges will be refunded.
