How do I know that my purchase has been accepted?
Upon final placement of your order, you will be forwarded to a verification screen that will display your order information. Also, you will receive an email confirmation delivered to the email address that you provided with your order.
Are the items that I’m ordering in stock?
Halloween Party Supplies carries an extensive inventory of Halloween party products in our distribution centers. We are constantly receiving and restocking Halloween supply shipments and other accessories from manufacturers across the country. Most items displayed on our website should normally be in-stock. However, on the rare occasions when a party product is out of stock, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to either have your ordered shipped as soon as the products arrive, or to receive a full refund for your order.
How do I add items or cancel my order?
Halloween Party Supplies recognizes that our customers usually want their orders as fast as possible. So, we make it our mission to ship products out the same day that an order is received. Therefore, most orders received by 3:00pm (EST) will ship that same day. Our order processing system is a very fast and efficient process that is not easy to interrupt. We regret that we CANNOT GUARANTEE that we will be able to cancel your order or make changes after your order has been submitted.
That said, please double-check (maybe even triple-check) your order for accuracy. Go over the quantity and types of items that you’ve ordered. Check that the correct address information and the correct shipping method that you desire have been chosen. If an error is made, your only recourse is to return the product once it has been received for a refund (if applicable). Unfortunately, your shipping charges will not be refunded.

Do you offer volume discounts for larger orders?
We sometimes will offer quantity discounts on large domestic orders. We typically define large orders as orders of multiple products totaling at least $500 or more. However, certain Halloween products may not qualify. Please call customer service @ 1-888-833-0302 for further information.
Do you sell wholesale to retail accounts?

Do you have a Halloween product catalog?
It is often nice to have a physical product catalog in front of you. However, we have made the decision not to provide a catalog at this time.
Instead, we have decided to provide our customers with an ever-increasing supply of fresh and popular Halloween products. A physical catalog simply cannot keep up with numerous changes and new products that we offer. Further, the costs we save are passed along to our customers in the form of lower prices, often 50% less than MSRP.
