Does Halloween Party Supplies offer same-day shipping?

Yes, we absolutely offer same-day shipping!

Halloween Party Supplies offers an extremely fast turnaround time for all of our customers’ orders. Therefore, most domestic orders placed Monday thru Friday before 3:00pm (EST) will ship the same day. Most orders received after 3:00pm (EST) will ship the next business day.

Same day shipping does not apply to:

• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays

• Special or custom order items

• Out of stock or discontinued items

How long will my order from Halloween Party Supplies take to arrive?

Using our UPS Standard Ground shipping option, domestic shipments will typically take from 1-4 business days depending on your location. International orders will take longer.

During checkout, US customers may choose from a number of expedited shipping options.

What locations does Halloween Party Supplies ship orders to?

Halloween Party Supplies ships orders to our customers throughout the Continental US, to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and many other international locations. Transit times can and will vary depending on your location. All shipments originate from Jackson, Michigan.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes unless prior arrangements have been authorized. Customers receiving party supply orders into Canada and other International destinations are responsible for all duties and taxes levied by their location country.

Schools, charitable organizations, and other groups may fax in Purchase Orders using our Purchase Order Form to 517-783-2807. Make sure that you call to verify that we have received your order in good condition.

We require a physical address to ship packages using expedited shipping methods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept P.O. Boxes.

I need my Halloween supplies in 2 business days. Your UPS chart states that, based upon where I live, I should receive my order in 2 business days via UPS Ground. Should I ship my order UPS Ground or have it expedited?

As we have stated, Halloween Party Supplies ships our party supply orders extremely fast. In fact, most orders arrive on our customers’ doorsteps in just a few business days using UPS Ground.

However, if you are on a strict deadline and need your supplies quickly, and you are unsure about UPS Ground making it on time, we recommend you use an expedited shipping option. While Halloween Party Supplies is extremely good at shipping our customers’ orders out fast, once an order leaves our distribution center, it is no longer in our hands. Weather conditions, accidents, and other issues with any shipper can delay delivery times. Why make yourself worry and stress if you need your order by a specific date? Our advice is to allow yourself to relax. Why not expedite your order, give yourself and UPS some wiggle room, and receive it a day ahead of time?
